Vardan Hakobyan is an Armenia-based assistant director, producer, and festival coordinator. He received a degree in film directing at Armen Film Studio in 1999, and from 2000-2002 audited director Vigen Chaldranyan’s classes on film directing. In 2008 Vardan participated in the film school of CIS and Baltic countries as a film director. Starting from 1999 Vardan has been working in professional film making in different capacities. He was an assistant director to more than 17 Armenian and International feature film productions and a producer to several shorts - including "Tale of the Anguished Gardener."

In 2003 made his first short film “The City,” which received a special prize Hope at Golden Apricot IFF. From 2007 to 2018 Vardan has been working at Golden Apricot International Film Festival as a co-founder and coordinator of the short film competition “Apricot Stone.”

From 2015 has been collaborating with several TV channels in Armenia as director for TV series, documentary films, and TV shows. Since 2018 he is working at Kinoket production as a creative director. Vardan is now developing his first feature film as a producer. "My Heart is Like Those Ruined Houses" will be his second feature project and the second collaboration with Ovsanna Gevorgyan as a producer.

Argo Baroyan is a freelance cinematographer from 2010. He has received his education is robotics in the National Polytechnic University of Armenia.

Being a DOP of more than 10 projects in both Armenia and abroad, he has been a member of Cinematographers' Union in Armenia.

Apart from his achievements as a DOP, being a self-taught cinematographer, Argo Baroyan was the head cameraman in "Armenia TV" till 2002. Until 2005 he has worked in "Hayrenik TV", again as the head cameraman.

He has started working on his first projects all the way back in 2007. Those were short dramas "Mikosh" and "The Rope". His first drama film, as the DOP was "As a Begining".

Additionally, Argo has worked on several documentaries. Some of them received film awards and praises. One of such films is "The Last Tightrope Dancer in Armenia". This project was given a prize for The Best Cinematography in Saratov sufferings International Documentary Film Festival in September 11–17, 2010.
